My own path in 2017 came with both highs and lows which made me take a serious look at my strengths and weaknesses. In 2018, I resolve to be better not just in word, but in deed. Last August, I had the privilege of attending the Landmark Forum. Landmark is an educational company that focuses on transformational learning. What stands out for me from the Landmark Forum and the seminar series I attended was a new definition of the word Integrity. If you look up the definition of Integrity, you will often see it defined as “Adherence to moral and ethical principles, soundness of moral character, honesty.” Through Landmark, I learned that Integrity also means honoring your word.
