Shari is a native of Tampa, FL and started her career in insurance as an intern through the INROADS program just after high school. After successfully completing four summer internships, she accepted a position as an underwriter after graduating from the University of Florida.
The exposure to all lines of insurance during her four years as an intern gave her a unique perspective and a broad understanding of commercial insurance. This knowledge was useful as she worked as a Commercial Underwriter for two major insurance companies.
Becoming an agent was a natural progression as it allowed her to combine her knowledge of insurance with delivering a first-class customer service experience to customers with another major insurance carrier.
In 2014, the Shari Glover Agency, Inc. was founded when she decided to be an Agent/Owner with Farmers Insurance. Shari is passionate about helping families and businesses protect what matters the most to them. Through her agency, she is able to help families and individuals with Home, Auto, Life and Business Insurance. She takes seriously the role of owner and is actively involved with new customers from policy inception through the claims process. Every customer is warmly welcomed to her agency and told to reach out to her for any questions or concerns. This personal touch is appreciated by her customers as she makes the extra effort to be available after hours to address insurance needs.
Shari knows first hand how insurance helps families during times of tragedy and takes great pleasure in educating her customers on how insurance is used to protect yourself and your business from financial crisis.
Shari is excited to be an Agent/Owner with Farmers Insurance because she shares their vision to “make you smarter about insurance.”
